Why should I choose Fairy Sparkle over any other company?

Fairy Sparkle is a well established company who directly employee their staff. We are fully insured, our staff are fully trained, uniformed and paid above the National Living Wage. We aim to make sure our staff are happy in their work which pays off when they enjoy helping you in your home.

How do I speak to you?  Get my questions answered in person?

We try and make ourselves available in the office by telephone or in person as much as possible. Our opening hours are 9:00 to 4:00pm every day. Your questions can also be asked in the communication book we leave with you or via email.  We aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

How do I know my home is secure?

Fairy Sparkle staff all have their references taken up, they are interviewed and are checked before they undertake any work for Fairy Sparkle. We carry out DBS checks on staff who may go out to homes with children or vulnerable adults present. We do not employ any staff we would not feel happy letting into our own homes.

Do you have insurance?

Fairy Sparkle holds full public and employee liability insurance. We also have key holders insurance should you need to leave us with a key. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details.

How much can I expect to pay?

Its entirely up to you, our client. Think about how we can help you, what you need doing and how regularly you need it. When we visit we can also help you decide the best help for you. Our minimum charges are:

– £36.00 for a two hour clean

– £125.00 for a one off visit.

Will I have the same cleaners on each visit?

We know its better for both yourself and us if you are familiar with your clean team so we aim to provide the same team for your visit as much as we can. During holiday periods or in the case of sickness this would be affected, but we always try to ensure one member of our team will be the same.

Will you use my cleaning materials?

The normal cost of our visits includes all cleaning products and equipment so you will not need to worry about running out of cleaning products. We aim to use top quality cleaning equipment throughout your home to keep it as allergy free as possible. Our carpet cleaners are all hepa filtered to give the best protection for your family.

How do I pay you?

Fairy Sparkle likes to get payment up front or on the day of our visit. Cash, Credit Cards, Cheques or payment directly into our bank are all acceptable.

How do I know my keys are secure?

Fairy Sparkle assigns your keys with a number as soon as you give them to us. This is a unique number to your property which is kept in a secure computer file which is password protected at all times. Your address and Key number are never written down together to protect your keys at all times. Your keys are locked away in a key safe after each use.

What if I need to cancel a clean?

Please contact our office number at least seven days in advance of any changes to enable us to reorganise our diaries. If you need to cancel with less than three days notice we will unfortunately have to charge the following :-

If we have less than 72 hours notice 50% of the usual fee

If we have less than 24 hours notice 75% of the usual fee

A fee of 100%will also be charged if for any fault other than our own we cannot gain entry into your property on the arranged day.
